For those of you who have faithfully supported us over the last 5 years, thank you!
For those of you who are newer or don’t recognize this email, I want to take 2 minutes to re-introduce Forecasting Performance and what you can expect from this email.
As of today, we are officially re-launching Forecasting Performance!
5 years ago I started writing LinkedIn posts teaching everything I knew about FP&A. This side-hobby led to a killer ebook (The FP&A OS), 18K LinkedIn followers, and 11K newsletter subscribers, and a lot of awesome transformation stories.
But there was 1 problem…
I was working full-time as a Director and VP of Finance for some very demanding companies (Allstate Insurance, Farmers Insurance, SaaS companies).
I haven’t had the time or energy to really pour into this brand… until now.
I’m officially re-launching Forecasting Performance and putting my full energy behind it. I still believe that there’s a shortage of excellence in FP&A and (for whatever reason) I have a unique background and experience to teach what that looks like.
Here’s what this will look like in the short term:
1 newsletter per week teaching FP&A best-practices (Saturday morning)
1 additional newsletter per week focused on the FP&A leadership mindset (Wednesday-ish morning)
Daily LinkedIn posting
Random Twitter posting
Teaching everything I know
And here’s what I hope this will look like over the long term:
Finance/FP&A transformation consulting
More weekly newsletters, maybe
Fractional CFO engagements
Podcast appearances
Brand partnerships
FP&A workshops
Great stories
Good vibes
Again, thanks for your support and I sincerely hope this newsletter makes your life just a little bit better every week.
As always, reply to this email if you ever want to reach me. It goes straight to my inbox.
